Lake Park Apartments, a Madison, WI project designed for developer Lance T. McGrath is featured in IBMadison magazine. The May 2010 issue includes Lake Park Apts. in its Commercial Design Awards:2010 Winners. The project architect was Bruce Simonson, a nationally recognized residential design expert, who jointed Artech in 2008.
